I have the right to decline any request for any reason.

Commission slots are not first-come first-serve.

By placing a request, you agree to these Terms of Service. Not reading does not exclude you from them.

If any aspect of my policies are exploited, or a client fails to communicate, your commission will be cancelled.

Payments will be made via VGen or ArtDen's built-in payment system. These typically go through Stripe, although PayPal is available on VGen upon request.

I expect full payment upfront for all items under $100 USD. Please let me know if this is not doable for you, and we may be able to work out a payment plan.

If you have a hard deadline, it needs to be disclosed when you send me your request.

If there is a tight deadline, I may charge a rush fee, or decline the request.

Due to my disability or potential emergencies, I may need time extensions. These can be up to 4 weeks after the initial estimate. I try to include an week in the delivery date to accommodate for this, but more time may be needed.

If I miss delivery, including extensions, you are more than entitled to ask for a partial refund along with your finished files. This is the only occasion in which this can happen.

Deadlines must be confirmed and on my schedule in order for this to apply.

All my work must be visibly credited to me next to its every appearance. This can be @ing my social media handle, or linking to this carrd, my socials, or commission sites. Streaming avatars/VTubers should @ my art handle in the post revealing it, and should be in your bios when you are regularly using said avatar.

You are not allowed to use my work for any type of NFT project, AI learning, or to use AI on my work.

You are not allowed to use my work in any sexually explicit or hateful content.

You are not allowed to modify or trace the commission without crediting me.

Reselling a commission to a third party is not inherently permitted. Permission can be given, by me, after discussion.

My work is mine and mine alone. You cannot in any way insinuate, imply, or state that you or somebody else created my work.

If you intend on using my work in merchandise, I may require a percentage of profits, or an additional charge upfront. (Eg. a shirt with my commissioned artwork on it). This does NOT apply to streaming or content creation.

If you have previously purchased my work and later decide to use it as described above, you must communicate this with me, and a financial agreement must be reached.

I require visible credit for my work in every distribution of it, on physical items and digital files.

No refunds include taxes or platform fees.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process if a client acts inappropriately (with a notice). You will receive a refund.

I can only give a full refund if I have not started on the commission, or if I have to cancel due to issues on my side (with notice).

After any progress is made, a cancellation will result in only a partial refund. This amount will be tied to the amount of time spent on the commission.

Any client can remain anonymous, regardless of the non-disclosure fee.

Unless you pay the non-disclosure fee, I have the right to post progress / work-in-progress content of your commission on social media platforms, or stream myself working on it.

Privacy fees should not last past 2 months from the artwork delivery (except for agreed upon exceptions).

All commissions can be used for my portfolio on VGen, Carrd, and on social media. If the non-disclosure fee is paid, this will only happen once the agreement is over.

I will never redistribute your raw commission files to any third party. Any shared files will be watermarked, and avatars will not be distributed as individual sprites/images.

You are allowed unlimited minor revisions (Color adjustments, small changes, etc.).

Revisions are not guaranteed to incur additional charges, but are subject to.

I will send regular updates on the progress with videos or pictures. Key update points are: sketch, lining, base color, and rendering.

Always feel free to ask for additional updates!

I am not liable for imperfections, or dissatisfaction, if the client does not clearly communicate their desires and expectations.

If you have questions, feel free to contact me before placing a request.

Before I'm able to accept your request, I may need to ask more questions. These are usually requesting more references, figuring out your needs & wants, and, for large projects, creating character sketches to understand your character.

Once I'm ready to start working on your commission, I'll confirm the price and the delivery estimate, then send you a proposal and invoice.

Once the invoice is paid, I will start working on your commission.

If at any point you are dissatisfied with your commission, tell me! Especially while it is a sketch. Sketch revisions are encouraged to help me get you the piece you payed for.

Always feel free to ask for additional updates!

Upon finishing your commission, I will create a ZIP file containing your deliverables, including your commission, a set-up file for avatars, and a text file containing a shortened version of these terms of service. That is for you to refer back to when posting or using the commission!

This ZIP file will be sent via on platform messaging, or via E-Mail.
